The hotel is beautifully set in nature, making for a perfect getaway. However, the service was disappointing, lacking attentiveness and effective communication. The rooms also need some maintenance, which detracted from the overall comfort. Despite these issues, the grounds are well-kept and a wonderful escape from city life.

Despite having a gorgeous setting and some great amenities like EV charging and multiple dining options, my stay at the lodge was marred by poor customer service, particularly at the front desk. There were definitely some highs, like the comfortable room and wonderful dining experiences, but I couldn't overlook the negative interactions and the condition of my accommodations.

I had a wonderful stay at Costonoa, which offered a great blend of nature and comfort. The glamping experience is perfect for those looking to relax in a beautiful setting. The lodge was cozy but I missed having a TV, and while the food was tasty, I wish the dining options were more available. Overall, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but the surroundings and amenities definitely make it worthwhile.
